Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in homeowners insurance (sales, servicing, underwriting or policy quoting).
• Hold a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage new homeowners policies, renewals, endorsements, and wrap coverage to ensure client protection.
• Negotiate with multiple carriers and maintain full compliance and documentation standards.
• Develop and sustain a network of referral partners to drive new business growth.
• Build and retain a loyal book of business through proactive service and clear education on coverage options.
• Guide clients through policy details—terms, coverages, exclusions, and premiums—ensuring understanding and confidence.
• Meet and exceed sales and retention goals with regular reporting.
