Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a Concierge Retail Service Representative (RSR) to be the single point of contact for homeowners, partnering with Sales and Install teams to deliver Signature Service and a superior customer experience.

The role focuses on timely scheduling of measurements and installations, maintaining homeowner files, resolving paperwork issues, and guiding projects through to completion while upholding data accuracy and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Solid and accurate data entry skills.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Office software.
• High attention to detail and organization abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage simultaneous task.

Responsibilities

• Provide Signature Service customer service to homeowner.
• Create and maintain homeowners’ job files.
• Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner.
• Work with RSR's to move the homeowner's job through the process.
• Work with Sales Reps to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or Job's in Progress.
• Resolve any post install situations.
• Schedule homeowners’ technical measure, installation date, and reminder calls.
• Send out the post installation survey and resolve any post installation situations.
