Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Signature Service customer care to homeowner.
• Create and maintain homeowners’ job files.
• Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner.
• Work with RSRs to move the homeowner's job through the process.
• Work with Sales Reps to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in Progress.
• Resolve any post install situations.
• Schedule homeowners’ technical measure, installation date, and reminder calls.
• Work with Sales Representatives to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in progress.
