Job Summary

The Concierge role will provide Signature Service by being a single point of contact for the homeowner. They will partner with the management team to provide customized level of communication with every homeowner.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner
• Control and manage timeline with homeowner
• Work with the Production Manager to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs or jobs in progress
• Conduct service assessment and warranty inquiries
• Follow up with homeowner’s post install
• Send surveys and request reviews

Required Skills/Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
• Ability to work independently.

Education and Experience

• Associates degree preferred; High school diploma required
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service role preferred

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
