Job summary

Avari Management is seeking a Property Manager to own the end-to-end homeowner experience for an assigned portfolio. You will be the single point of accountability for property performance, homeowner satisfaction, and operational execution.

The role requires 3–5 years in property management or related fields, strong CRM skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a hybrid work setting. Expect collaboration with cross-functional teams and routine inspections.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in property management, hospitality, or portfolio-based client management.
• Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware – laptops, cell phones, tablets.
• Ability to be highly organized while multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end homeowner experience for assigned portfolio.
• Serve as the single point of contact for homeowner inquiries and requests.
• Identify at-risk homeowners and execute retention plans.
• Oversee day-to-day portfolio operations and inspections.
• Coordinate with vendors/teams to resolve issues and manage costs.
