Job summary

Avari Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee homeowner relationships and a portfolio of 40–80 units. You will act as the primary contact, manage repairs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards of service and profitability.

You will balance field inspections with remote coordination, travel locally, and maintain CRM records while driving occupancy and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in property management, hospitality, or client management.
• Technical computer skills required on laptops, mobile devices, and tablets.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for homeowner inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners based on transparency and credibility.
• Proactively address risks related to performance, condition, or satisfaction.
• Conduct regular proactive check-ins with homeowners and deliver clear conversations.
• Own day-to-day operational performance for a portfolio of 40–80 units.
• Ensure properties meet brand, cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness standards.
