Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, property management, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in a long‑term career in property or portfolio management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations of property management.
• Conduct routine and pre‑arrival property inspections; identify areas for property improvement; document findings and follow up.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure homes meet brand and quality standards.
• Perform light home maintenance as needed.
• Assist with turnover readiness, punch lists, and preventative maintenance.
• Monitor property condition trends and escalate concerns to the Property Manager.
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation in CRM and property management systems.
• Submit and track work orders; ensure timely completion and quality follow‑through.
• Partner with appropriate teams as needed on portfolio needs.
• Support new property onboarding as needed.
• Assist with compliance items as needed.
• Participate in structured training programs focused on: Homeowner relationship management; Guest experience standards; Operational excellence and leadership skills; Shadow senior Property Managers to learn full portfolio ownership and decision‑making.
