Job summary

DryZone is seeking an Appointment Scheduler to be the main contact for homeowners and other parties, coordinating schedules for sales appointments, maintenance, and installations. The role emphasizes accuracy in data entry and timely communication to support project timelines.

The position reports to Service Management and operates within a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with benefits including 401(k) and health-related insurance offerings.

Qualifications

• Able to navigate through multiline phone system.
• Skill in operating a computer and programs.
• Ability to detect/recognize information in written materials and on a computer screen 75-100% of the time.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry.
• High school diploma or GED preferred and 1+ years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage scheduling of appointments and project timelines to ensure efficient workflow and timely execution.
• Verify and confirm next-day appointments to ensure schedule accuracy and homeowner preparedness.
• Schedules annual maintenance and service opportunities for homeowners in a way that maximizes efficiency for the company and the service technicians.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of permitting applications to support project compliance and timelines.
• Ensures all paperwork, data entry, and correspondence are accurate, timely, and completed according to company procedure.
• Provides support to other departments as needed.
