Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking Homemakers to help seniors live safely and independently at home. This role involves light housekeeping, errands, meal planning, and companionship, with no personal care required. Morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts are available across Greenfield and nearby towns.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in homemaker/home health aide or similar role.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform homemaking tasks and assist with daily activities without personal care.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and maintains a clean, safe, and healthy client home.
• Assists with housekeeping, shopping, errands, light laundering, meal planning and preparation, serving meals, and companionship.
• Recognizes and reports changes in client condition to supervisor.
• Documents observations and services provided accurately and timely.
• No personal care assistance required.

Responsibilities of Homemakers

• Promotes and maintains a clean, safe, and healthy client environment.
• Assists client with home-making activities such as housekeeping, shopping, errands, light laundering, meal planning and preparation, serving of meals, and socialization & companionship activities
• Recognizes, reports, and records/documents change in client condition and safety to supervisor.
• Documents observations, activities, and services provided in an accurate, complete, and timely manner.
• NO Personal Care assistance required.

Requirements for Homemakers

• Six (6) months of accumulated experience in a similar job classification
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable Transportation
