Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking Homemakers to support seniors in their homes across Springfield and surrounding towns in Massachusetts. The role offers full-time, part-time, and per diem options with morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend assignments.

Salary is listed at $18.50 per hour, with a focus on maintaining safe and independent living for clients in their homes. Responsibilities include housekeeping, errands, meal planning and socialization activities, while ensuring a clean, safe

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a similar role.

• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and maintains a clean, safe, and healthy client environment.
• Assists client with home-making activities such as housekeeping, shopping, errands, light laundering, meal planning and preparation, serving of meals, and socialization & companionship activities
• Recognizes, reports, and records/documents change in client condition and safety to supervisor.
• Documents observations, activities, and services provided in an accurate, complete, and timely manner.
• NO Personal Care assistance required.
