Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking Homemakers to support seniors in Greenfield, Turners Falls, Northampton, and surrounding towns. You will assist with household tasks to help clients live safely and independently at home.

Hours include full-time, part-time, and per diem with morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts. Salary is $18.50 per hour, with benefits and a 1:1 care ratio as part of a supportive team. Join a company with a long heritage of compassionate home care.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a similar job classification
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable Transportation

Responsibilities

• Promotes and maintains a clean, safe, and healthy client environment.
• Assists client with home-making activities such as housekeeping, shopping, errands, light laundering, meal planning and preparation, serving of meals, and socialization & companionship activities
• Recognizes, reports, and records/documents change in client condition and safety to supervisor.
• Documents observations, activities, and services provided in an accurate, complete, and timely manner
• NO Personal Care assistance required
