Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking Homemaker professionals to support seniors at home in Massachusetts, including Springfield, West Springfield, and surrounding towns.

This role emphasizes companionship, light housekeeping, errands, meal planning, and safe home environments. As a Homemaker you will work in a full- or part-time capacity or per diem, with flexible scheduling and competitive pay of $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a similar job classification.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and maintains a clean, safe, and healthy client environment.
• Assists client with homemaking activities such as housekeeping, shopping, errands, light laundering, meal planning and preparation, serving of meals, and socialization & companionship activities
• Recognizes, reports, and documents change in client condition and safety to supervisor.
• Documents observations, activities, and services provided in an accurate, complete, and timely manner.
• NO Personal Care assistance required.
