Job summary

The Good Shepherd Community in Sauk Rapids, MN is seeking a Casual Homemaker to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents in our Assisted Living community.

You will perform routine cleaning, assist residents with meals and activities, help with laundry, and report safety concerns; benefits include Safe & Sick Time, 401K with Company Match, Employee Referral Bonus, Tuition Reimbursement & Scholarship Opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate in English (written and verbal).
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be self-motivated, punctual and energetic.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms and common areas, including mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Escort residents to and from meals and scheduled activities.
• Assist with laundry services.
• Observe and report any environmental or safety concerns.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces.
• Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed.
