Job Description

As a Homemaker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well‑being and comfort of individuals within their homes by providing comprehensive homemaking services. Your responsibilities will include performing household tasks and managing home‑related activities. You will contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for individuals to thrive in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces.
• Manage the laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothes.
• Monitor overall cleanliness and tidiness of the home environment.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standard within the home.
• Assist in managing household activities such as arranging transportation, meal preparation, and shopping for groceries, clothing, and household supplies.
• Provide support with simple household repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate and organize home‑related tasks efficiently to enhance the functionality and comfort of the living space.
• Monitor home safety measures and address any potential hazards.
• Maintain clear and respectful communication with individuals, their families, and caregivers regarding their preferences, needs, and concerns.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, case managers, and other team members to ensure holistic care and support for individuals.

Qualifications
