Job summary

Accurate Home Care in Hinckley, MN is seeking a Homemaker to help with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and companionship for clients who wish to remain independent at home.

You will work flexible hours, earn $21.50 per hour plus travel time, and join a team committed to accountability, compassion, integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills: sensitivity and compassion towards clients.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
• Fluent in the English language.
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services including light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and assist with appointment arrangements.
• Promote client well-being through companionship.
• Report changes or concerns to Clinical Manager.
