Job summary

Circle of Life is seeking a Homemaker to join the Cass Lake team serving the Park Rapids area. You will visit clients in their homes, assist with daily routines, and provide companionship to help maintain independence.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, accurate written notes, and collaboration with leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality support for clients in their own residences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous caregiving or related experience is a plus.
• Customer service or companionship background is beneficial.

Position Duties Include:

• Visiting clients in their homes and helping maintain their independence.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with daily routines such as light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Engage clients in conversation, recreational activities, or outings as needed.
• Report any changes in client behavior or condition to the leadership team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of visits and tasks performed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred, previous experience in caregiving, customer service or companionship roles is a plus.
