Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes seeks a Coordinator to oversee the Homelessness Task Force and implement the Homelessness Strategic Plan adopted Aug 2026, aligning with Tribal Council resolution #21-087 to improve services for those homeless or in substandard housing.

The role leads a diverse group with CSKT and external partners, ensures milestones are met, documents progress, and supports grants so outcomes include independent, stable shelter for at‑risk individuals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in program development, coordination, and leadership.
• Experience in evidence-based social or mental health services.
• Ability to lead diverse groups through planning to achieve action and outcomes.
• Experience applying for, carrying out, and reporting on grants.
• Experience working in a Tribal community; knowledge of homelessness and social challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Homelessness Task Force and ensure plan implementation.
• Monitor progress against CSKT Homelessness Strategic Plan goals and timelines.
• Coordinate with tribal and external partners to achieve outcomes.
• Document progress and barriers clearly and transparently.
