Right at Home Central Michigan is seeking a Care Leader to collaborate with the Care Coordinator and Scheduling Team in supporting clients and caregivers. You will help maintain high care standards, assist with transitions, and ensure consistency in the field.

As a Care Leader, you will work closely with the Care Coordinator and Scheduling Team to support both clients and caregivers. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care, supporting transitions, and ensuring consistency in the field.
You are confident in your ability to perform care across all service levels including companion, personal, and high-acuity care, support clients with Alzheimer’s and dementia, safely use gait belts, Hoyer lifts, and sit-to-stand lifts, and walk into any client environment, review the care plan, and execute care effectively.
Qualifications: 2 plus years of caregiving experience and HHA or CNA preferred
This is a development role with a pathway to a Care Coordinator Assistant position.
