Job summary

Right at Home Nashville, TN is seeking compassionate caregivers, CNAs, and home health aides to join a supportive team. Full- or part-time shifts are available across weekends, weekdays, mornings, afternoons, and overnights.

We offer flexible scheduling and a caring work environment that values your contributions. Competitive pay starting at $15–$17 per hour with weekly pay, benefits including health and dental options, paid training, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma/GED equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Driver's license with vehicle.
• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Lift/Transfer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Our caregivers provide compassionate hands-on support to clients by assisting them with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, mobility, medication reminders, transportation, and companionship.
