Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LVN to deliver personalized, one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes in Texas. You will provide direct patient care, monitor conditions, administer medications, support care plans, and document interactions with the healthcare team for a Gtube client in Orange, TX.

We offer stable hours with full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities, plus day, evening, and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in Texas.
• Current BLS certification.
• Preferred 1+ year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.

Education

Active LVN license
