BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support clients in Milford, MA and surrounding towns.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide Certificate OR Certified Nursing Assistant License are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and bathing.
• Provide light housekeeping and grooming support.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervisors.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Assist with medications and meal preparation as directed.

Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aide:

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
