Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to care for clients across Massachusetts, including Holliston and surrounding towns. The roles emphasize respect, dignity, and quality home care, with ongoing support from BAYADA’s clinical management.

Qualified HHAs and CNAs provide essential in-home services, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide Certificate OR Certified Nursing Assistant License.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Perform light housekeeping and home management tasks.
• Provide oral care and nail care.
• Assist with range of motion exercises and transfers using assistive devices.
• Monitor and report vital signs; observe and report changes in client condition.
• Assist with medication administration as directed.

Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aide:

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
