Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is actively seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for per diem shifts in Lynn and surrounding North Shore towns. Join a compassionate team delivering in-home patient care, with flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, vital signs, medications support, and home management tasks, with 1:1 client matches and 24/7 clinical support.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide Certificate OR Certified Nursing Assistant License.
• Experience delivering in-home patient care is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently with in-home clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with range of motion and exercises.
• Transfers and use of lifting devices.
• Monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Home management tasks (laundry, meals, bed making).
• Assist with ambulation.
• Medication assistance as needed.
