Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Massachusetts is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support clients in Waltham and surrounding towns. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth help fit diverse lifestyles.

Responsibilities include ADLs, ROM, transfers, vital signs, and home-management tasks. A CNA license or HHA certificate is required, with BAYADA offering competitive pay and 24/7 clinical support.

Qualifications

• HHA Certificate or CNA License required.
• Demonstrated compassionate patient care and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Perform range of motion exercises and transfers using aids.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinicians.
• Support home management tasks: laundry, meals, bed making.
• Assist with ambulation and medication assistance as directed.
