Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Dedham, MA is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and CNAs to provide daily living support to clients in their homes. You will perform essential caregiving tasks with compassion and professionalism.

The role involves assisting with ADLs, transfers, managing medications, and coordinating with a clinical team. We value reliability, empathy, and strong communication to ensure safe, respectful in-home care.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide Certificate OR Certified Nursing Assistant License.

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
