Job summary

NVR Settlement Services is seeking a Closing Officer to manage customer settlements from our homebuilding partners, Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes. You will assist with processing customer files and contribute to the success of our business by delivering strong customer service and capture efforts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience required.
• 1+ years conducting settlements preferred or relevant industry experience.
• Must be able to obtain a Notary Commission and Title Insurance License.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong oral/written communication skills.
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to discuss the benefits of our services to earn settlement business.
• Educate customers on owner’s title insurance benefits.
• Monitor and conduct settlements, review transactions, gather signatures.
• Create and manage customer service initiatives and provide reporting to managers.
• Meet quarterly with builder sales representatives for training and information.
