KB Home is seeking a dynamic Superintendent/Construction Manager to lead homebuilding from groundbreaking to close in a Las Vegas-area community. You will coordinate internal teams and trade partners, drive safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, and ensure timely, 100% complete home deliveries.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in homebuilding, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a team while meeting project milestones in a field environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Construction Manager or Superintendent in homebuilding preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct staff and trade partners in constructing quality homes.
• Manage milestone reports and ensure completion per schedule.
• Schedule and monitor trade partners, ensuring safety and policy compliance.
• Approve PO's and invoices while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Maintain safety and conduct weekly safety meetings; provide daily progress updates.
