Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to use DRH Sales applications on devices.
• Ability to stand/walk, lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Regular exposure to outside weather.

Responsibilities

• Communicate DR Horton value proposition to customers.
• Uncover goals and establish DR Horton as best solution.
• Overcome objections and close the sale.
• Maintain documentation from sale through loan and construction.
• Source new sales opportunities and network with realtors.
• Meet sales goals and collaborate with the team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and realtors.
