Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct special education instruction to students in homebound/home-based services across academic, functional, behavioral, and social-emotional areas.
• Implement IEP goals, accommodations, modifications and related supports in the homebound setting.
• Collaborate with families, general education teachers, related service providers, and administrators to ensure continuity of education programming.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation of instructional services, attendance, progress toward IEP goals, and communicate with stakeholders.
