Serco Limited invites applications for an Apprenticeship Tutor working homebased with travel as required. You’ll design, deliver and assess high‑quality apprenticeship and commercial training programmes in Project Management and Leadership and Management to help learners develop the skills for progression.

Qualifikationen

• Recognised teaching qualification (Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training, CertEd, PGCE, or QTS).
• Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, APM, ChPP or equivalent).
• Experience delivering teaching or training programmes.
• Experience designing and delivering adult vocational learning and apprenticeships in regulated environments.
• Strong planning, communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and continuous development.

Aufgaben

• Design and update Level 2 to Level 6 apprenticeship and commercial learning programmes in Project Management and Leadership and Management.
• Deliver engaging training through face-to-face workshops and remote learning sessions.
• Assess learner progress, mark assignments and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Champion inclusion and ensure learners receive the support and interventions they need to thrive.
• Promote safeguarding culture and learner wellbeing; support progression and quality standards.
