Job summary

Community Teamwork Inc in Lowell, MA seeks a Home Visitor for a temporary role up to 12 months. You will support families, design curriculum with parents, and promote school readiness while addressing income, housing and parenting needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining case records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with community agencies to strengthen family outcomes. This role requires strong communication and organization in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in early childhood education or Human Services.
• Commitment to serving low-income and culturally diverse families.
• Strong written and spoken communication; customer-focused.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with Head Start/Early Head Start regulations.
• Support and partner with families to assess needs and goals.
• Plan and implement curriculum with families to support school readiness.
• Collaborate with parents on goals related to income, housing, education, and parenting.
• Encourage parental participation and community engagement.
• Maintain accurate case records and act as liaison with agencies.
• Participate in recruitment and partner with community organizations.
