Job summary

Sprinter Health is seeking a dedicated Sprinter to bring healthcare directly to patients in their homes. You will perform blood draws, vitals, and other preventative services, creating a warm, professional experience for each patient.

The role requires strong phlebotomy skills, experience in home healthcare, and a reliable vehicle. You’ll work Monday–Friday, with guaranteed daily hours and travel across your service area.

Qualifications

• Strong phlebotomy skills and experience with challenging sticks.
• Customer-facing healthcare experience (Phlebotomist/MA/LPN/LVN) in home settings preferred.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and vital signs in patients' homes.
• Travel to patients' homes within assigned service area.
• Provide preventative and diagnostic services per protocol.
• Document patient visits accurately using Sprinter technology.
• Label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop-off/shipment.
• Manage time, supplies, and schedule independently.
