Qualifications

• Phlebotomy proficiency with challenging sticks preferred.
• BLS certification required or in-clinic equivalent.
• Experience delivering care in patient homes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients’ homes for scheduled visits.
• Perform blood draws, vitals, and other preventive services.
• Document visits accurately using Sprinter technology.
• Label, handle, and transport specimens for lab submission.
• Maintain professional, welcoming patient interactions in-home.
