Job summary

Sprinter Health is hiring a Sprinter to deliver in-home healthcare across a designated service area. You will perform blood draws, vitals, and preventive services in patients’ homes, documenting visits with Sprinter technology and ensuring a warm, professional experience.

Qualified candidates have phlebotomy skills, home-care experience, a current BLS cert, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Apple devices and digital health tools. Position requires driving and independent work.

Qualifications

• Strong phlebotomy skills with experience handling challenging sticks.
• Patient-facing healthcare experience in home settings preferred.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are essential.
• Proficiency with Apple iPhones/iPads and digital health tools.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients’ homes within the assigned service area.
• Provide scheduled services including blood draws and vitals.
• Assist with Annual Wellness Visits and other preventive services.
• Document visits accurately using Sprinter technology.
• Label, transport, and handle specimens for lab drop-off.
• Manage time, supplies, and schedule on the road.
