Job summary

Frontline Insurance is seeking a Home Solutions Administrator in Lake Mary, Florida. This full-time role focuses on reviewing repair documents, certifying policies, and coordinating underwriting follow-ups to ensure timely solutions for customers.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, some P&C insurance exposure, and strong accuracy and communication skills. We offer comprehensive benefits, a competitive 401k match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; additionally, any undergraduate education desirable, minimum one-year experience and/or training in P&C Insurance; or equivalent combination of education and experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Reviews repair documents uploaded to verify repairs are complete
• Certifies policy if all repairs are approved
• Certified - Removes pending non-renewal and non-renewal flag
• Certified – Notifies Underwriting to remove other pending action
• Certified – Completes Underwriting follow-up activities for repairs
• Creates an activity for the Agency
• Creates clear email for policyholder when more information is required
• Notifies Advocate if a follow-up call is needed
• Submits reimbursement requests to Accounting SharePoint spreadsheet
• Verifies status of check and requests reissue when inaccurate or missing information
• Handles a variety of assigned tasks, quickly and accurately
