Job summary

Frontline Insurance seeks a Home Checkup Analyst in Lake Mary, FL to support underwriting decisions through inspection analysis and data validation against risk models. You will generate and maintain inspection reports, identify issues early, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion.

Ideal candidates have construction experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a resident Personal Lines Agent license.

Qualifications

• Construction experience is highly desired, either contractor certification or other formal designation.
• High school diploma or GED; undergraduate education desirable, or 1–3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 20-44 Resident Personal Lines Agent License is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspection analysis to support underwriting decisions and risk assessments.
• Validate inspection data against risk models and premium calculations.
• Assist in generating and maintaining inspection-related reports.
• Proactively identify and help resolve inspection issues as they arise.
• Coordinate inspection activities across teams and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Utilize multiple systems regularly to manage inspection workflows and documentation.
• Contribute to broader team goals through consistent follow-up and operational support.
• Review property inspections to ensure accuracy and completeness of documented building components and features.
• Communicate with the Underwriters regarding status of pending or completed inspections.
• Take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves and the candidate grows in experience.
