Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a Market Development Director for Home Solutions to expand awareness, strengthen referral relationships, and grow admissions for Legacy Home Care & Wellness and Legacy Better at Home. This role is highly visible and community-facing, requiring strategic storytelling about home-based services and the ability to open doors across healthcare organizations.

It involves collaboration with marketing, operations and clinical teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales/marketing within home care, home health, hospice, or related field.
• Existing knowledge of the assigned market preferred.
• Degree in marketing, business management or communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships that drive growth.
• Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to increase referrals and admissions.
• Represent Legacy in the community and deliver presentations, trainings and events.
• Collaborate across teams and partners to turn outreach into measurable growth.
