Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a results-driven business development leader to direct planning and implementation of growth initiatives within the assigned division. You will forecast, identify market opportunities, and provide strategic in-field support to help achieve revenue and admission goals while representing the company to referral sources.

Responsibilities include driving growth, maintaining partnerships, and ensuring compliance with Medicare home health and hospice

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Must have demonstrated related field experience.
• Must understand federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing Medicare home health and hospice operations.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Direct the planning and implementation of business development within the assigned division, including attainable forecasting.
• Identify and penetrate market opportunities, and provide strategic, in-field support for their team to achieve revenue and admission goals.
• Call on referral sources and maintain account relationships to drive new growth; strengthen market presence.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws governing Medicare home health and hospice operations.
• Monitor program execution and service provision; support care teams.
