Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a business development lead to plan and execute growth strategies across our home health division. You will identify market opportunities, forecast goals, and support care teams to expand Medicare services and strengthen our market presence.

The role focuses on building relationships with referral sources, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving revenue through strategic field activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Related field experience required.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local Medicare home health regulations.
• Basic tech skills including use of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement business development within the division and forecast attainable goals.
• Identify market opportunities and provide strategic in-field support to achieve revenue/admission targets.
• Represent the company to professional contacts regarding Medicare services.
• Monitor program execution and support care teams in service delivery.
• Develop professional relationships and drive new growth while strengthening market presence.
• Call on referral sources and maintain account relationships to expand market reach.
