Job summary

Reliable Respiratory in Norwood, MA is seeking a Medical Device Technician to support Respiratory Therapist services at patients' homes. You will deliver, set up, and maintain CPAP/BIPAP and other sleep equipment while ensuring patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities include providing telehealth guidance, coordinating with the Customer Success team for scheduling visits, and assisting the health care team as needed. Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Effective and professional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Professional computer experience (MS Office) required.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience with respiratory equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Massachusetts patients with CPAP, BIPAP, and other sleep equipment.
• Deliver, set up, and maintain respiratory devices.
• Coordinate with the Customer Success team on scheduling patient visits and equipment set-up.
• Serve as liaison between patient and health care team; maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Participate in on-call rotation and trainings.
