Job summary

RS Andrews of Tidewater Heating, Cooling is hiring outgoing Retail Sales Associates to represent ARS inside major home improvement retailers along with energy-saving upgrades and indoor air quality services.

You will start friendly conversations, explain ARS heating and cooling solutions, and offer customers a free in-home consultation.

We provide weekly pay, commission opportunities, paid training, flexible scheduling, and career growth into Comfort Advisor roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or retail is helpful but not required.
• Ability to approach customers confidently in-store.
• Positive, energetic demeanor and strong people skills.
• Willingness to stand or walk for extended periods and to travel between locations if needed.

We’re hiring outgoing Retail Sales Associates to represent ARS inside major home improvement retail locations by introducing customers to our home comfort solutions, energy-saving upgrades, and indoor air quality services.
