You’ll need to be highly responsive, a clear communicator, and naturally organized. Local territory coverage includes most on-site visits within 30 minutes of your home, with real growth opportunities and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service, account management, or coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple clients and projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate home projects between clients and contractors.
• Communicate effectively through phone, text, and email.
• Follow up, schedule, and resolve small issues before they become big ones.
• Review and polish estimates before sending to clients.
• Own the overall client experience from start to finish.
