Job summary

Hassle Free Home is hiring an Account Manager to coordinate home projects between clients and contractors. You’ll manage a ongoing project pipeline, provide updates, and ensure the overall client experience from start to finish.

If you’re organized, highly responsive, and a clear communicator, you’ll stand out quickly in our growing team. Most on-site visits occur within a 35-minute radius of your home, with a competitive base salary plus monthly commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, account management, or coordination.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple clients/projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate home projects between clients and contractors.
• Communicate effectively through phone, text, and email.
• Follow up, schedule, and resolve small issues before they become big ones.
• Review and polish estimates before sending to clients.
• Own the overall client experience from start to finish.
