Job summary

Hassle Free Home is hiring an Account Manager to coordinate home projects between clients and contractors. You’ll manage a ongoing project pipeline, provide updates, and ensure the overall client experience from start to finish.

If you’re organized, highly responsive, and a clear communicator, you’ll stand out quickly in our growing team. Most on-site visits occur within a 35-minute radius of your home, with a competitive base salary plus monthly commissions.

Hassle Free Home is a home services membership. We provide our members handyman maintenance visits and an account manager for home projects outside the scope of our handyman. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the coordinator of these projects. Keeping an organized project pipeline, informing clients with updates along the way, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate home projects between clients and contractors
• Communicate effectively through phone, text, and email
• Follow up, schedule, and solve small issues before they become big ones
• Review and polish estimates before sending to clients
• Own the overall client experience from start to finish
