Job summary

Hassle Free Home Services, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to coordinate home projects for our members. You’ll act as the quarterback between clients and contractors, keeping projects organized and communicating updates via phone, text, and email.

You’ll review estimates, schedule work, and ensure an outstanding client experience from first contact through project completion. This role offers base pay with monthly commissions and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Clear, professional communication (written and verbal).
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and clients smoothly.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service or account coordination is a plus.
• Comfortable using multiple software systems and staying responsive.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate home projects between clients and contractors.
• Communicate effectively through phone, text, and email.
• Follow up, schedule, and solve small issues before they become big ones.
• Review and polish estimates before sending to clients.
• Own the overall client experience from start to finish.
