Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is hiring a Coordinator to assist the Manager in delivering home care services within Wesley Ridge, Reynoldsburg. The role emphasizes compassionate, client-centered support for seniors, with strong communication and teamwork across staff and residents.

The ideal candidate brings leadership experience, a customer-service background, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous leadership experience is required.
• Experience in Home Services or a similar environment is preferred.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Customer service background and orientation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates services provided by Home Service Assistants to meet client needs.
• Performs services to meet client’s personalized needs.
• Provides administrative support including scheduling, calls, data entry, billing, and reporting.
• Maintains records and orders supplies; ensures program policies are followed.

Schedule:Full-Time: Monday thru Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM and weekends as needed

You, our Ideal Candidate

The Coordinator, assists the Manager with the coordinator and delivery of care provided by LEC Home Services. This position demonstrates a personal and professional commitment tow work with clients (residents, members, and patients) to maintain physical, emotional, intellectual, vocational, spiritual, and social needs. This position provides care and maintaining an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment for the clients. This position requires excellent communication skills with team members, clients and family members and a high level of patience and compassion for others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates services provided by Home Service Assistants to meet client's personalized needs
• Performs services to meet client's personalized needs
• Supports Home Service Assistants to maintain program policies and procedures
• Provides administrative support, including (but not limited to):
  • Scheduling and coordinating home services with clients and associates (including after normal business hours)
  • Answering phone calls, including emergency (including after normal business hours)
  • Perform data entry into software systems
  • Performing monthly billing, completing and submitting insurance paperwork
  • Generating necessary reports
  • Ordering and maintaining supplies
  • Filling medical data and other pertinent information
  • Maintaining records for Home Services

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous leadership experience
• Previous experience in Home Services position, or equivalent
• Good computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office and data entry
• Must possess a customer service background and orientation
