Responsibilities
Where and how will you serve customers?
- Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills required for managing a pest control service route and becoming a Pro.
- Prepare and install home services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
- Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
- Interact with customers by setting project expectations and guiding them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
- Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Complete all service documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications
What do you need to be successful?
- No experience required—training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage routes, and interact positively with customers.
- All qualified applicants will be considered in accordance with applicable laws.
Work Environment
Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely with or without accommodations:
- Use ladders safely within weight limits.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, and confined spaces, including climbing and balancing tasks.
- Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators.
- Work in various weather conditions.
