Responsibilities

Where and how will you serve customers?

• Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills required for managing a pest control service route and becoming a Pro.
• Prepare and install home services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
• Interact with customers by setting project expectations and guiding them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Complete all service documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Work Environment

• Use ladders safely within weight limits.
