Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company-paid training and learn the skills to operate a pest control service route as a Pro.
2. Prepare and install home services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
3. Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule within your territory, and ensure timely, safe arrivals at each customer.
4. Interact with customers to set expectations and walk them through the process for satisfaction.
5. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions for each customer’s needs.
6. Complete all service documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications
