RestoPros Austin is seeking a dedicated team member to join our restoration and mitigation crew on-site in Austin. You will communicate with customers, explain the process, and deliver 5-star service while managing projects from inspection to equipment pickup.

Experience in home services and a valid driver’s license are important, with a preference for restoration or construction background and IICRC WRT/ASD certifications.

Formación

• Experience in home services such as maintenance, remodeling, HVAC, painting.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn new skills and grow in the role.
• Prefer experience in restoration or construction.
• IICRC WRT/ASD certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers and explain processes to provide 5-star service.
• Manage mitigation jobs from initial inspection to final equipment pickup.
• Operate drying and extraction equipment and document work clearly.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergency losses.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Customer Service: Communicate with customers, explain the process, and provide 5-star service.
• Project Execution: Manage the mitigation jobs from initial inspection to final equipment pickup.
• Perform Mitigation: Operate drying and extraction equipment, and document everything clearly.
• Emergency Response: Participate in our rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergency losses.
