Job summary

RestoPros Austin is hiring full-time Home Service Technician to support homeowners in urgent situations. You’ll join a growing local team that trains you, respects your time, and values your work.

Responsibilities include customer communication, managing mitigation projects from inspection to equipment pickup, operating drying and extraction equipment, and participating in on-call rotations. A valid license and willingness to learn are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in home services (maintenance, remodeling, HVAC, painting, etc.).
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn new skills and grow in your role.
• Preferred: restoration/construction experience and IICRC WRT/ASD certifications.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and provide 5-star service.
• Manage mitigation jobs from inspection to equipment pickup.
• Operate drying and extraction equipment and document work.
• Participate in rotating on-call emergency response.
